Recruiter
In order to hit our growth goals, we are now hiring to add a great Recruiter to our outstanding team. The primary responsibility of the position will be recruiting for multiple high-volume jobs, working with managers to determine hiring needs, and handling relevant HR duties and tasks. Additionally, the recruiter will search for and attend industry conventions and career fairs on behalf of the company and research colleges, internet site, and media for potential applicants. This person should have experience evaluating, phone screening, and interviewing applicants, as well as using applicant sourcing tools.
What We're Looking For
1. 1-3 years of recruiting experience, including managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
2. Familiarity with relevant employment law
3. Professionalism, organization and project management skills
4. Knowledge of sexual harassment compliance laws
5. Bachelor’s degree preferred
Civil Engineer in Training
What We're Looking For
1. EIT Certification required
2. Detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and problem solve effeciently
3. Good organization, coordingation and managerial skills necessary to maintain project schedules and budgets
4. Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related field
5. 1-4 years of related experience
Data Entry Technician
The Data Entry Technician will be responsible for analyzing handwritten tables documents and images and converting the information into Digital Format. The ideal candidates will have some data entry experience and/or be highly proficient with a PC (Windows) as well as Microsoft Office. Experience with all these programs is not needed but a general understanding will suffice.General duties will include analyzing engineering documents, verifying and inputting data into the database. Some parts will need to be interpreted and inputted manually.

Marketing Specialist
What We're Looking For
1. Partner with cross-functional teams to craft and deliver on new marketing strategies and tactics (creative/copy, product, analytics, customer support, etc.)
2. Effectively communicate different strategies and plans to executives, external production partners, talent and talent representatives.
3. Analyze consumer and audience insights and translate them into marketing, community development, and/or growth strategies.
4. Ability to drive strategic thought leadership while rolling-up sleeves to get hands on and execute flawlessly. A highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, owning decisions and outcomes.
CAD Drafter/Designer
We are seeking a production oriented, core team member who has the ability to create detailed drawings in both AutoCAD. Qualified candidate will have two years minimum professional experience, be organized and have good written and verbal communication skills. This is a full-time 40hr/week position with standard 8-5/M-F work hours.
What We're Looking For
1. Strong CAD and Revit skills a MUST.
2. Ability to work well under pressure, complete deadlines, switch priorities as needed, and have an eye for details
3. Work collaboratively and constructively with all team members
4. Minimum 1 year professional experience
