EBBIE K. NAKHJAVANI, PE

CEO

Ebbie Khan Nakhjavani founded the predecessor to N Consulting Engineers, EKN Engineering, in 1990 and has since served as the CEO. Ebbie has practiced civil engineering in the Western United States for over 25 years. He is a member of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying and is able to practice across the United States. Ebbie established a long-term consulting relationship with leading owners and developers including Simon Property Group, Walmart, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Westfield, K-Mart, America’s Tire, Planet Fitness and Fresh & Easy. He has consulted on projects in California, Nevada, Arizona and Oregon, from site feasibility through construction. Ebbie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University. He is a registered as a Professional Engineer with the National Civil Engineer Examiner and is specially registered in the States of California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Utah and New Mexico.

ANDREW DAVIES, ESQ., LEED AP

Director, Planning and Entitlements

Andrew Davies is a licensed attorney in California and leads the planning and entitlement of all N Consulting projects. Andrew’s areas of expertise include entitlement and governmental representation, site investigation and feasibility, risk analysis, and project coordination between tenants, users, and governmental agencies. Andrew’s depth of experience enables N Consulting Engineers to carefully,
efficiently, and cost-effectively serve the needs and interests of our clients. His interpersonal skills and knowledge of state, county,
and municipal laws are critical to the success of obtaining project entitlements and ensuring project conformance to conditions of approval throughout project design. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from
University of California, Irvine and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Chapman University School of Law.
He is a Licensed Attorney in the State of California.

DEREK KARIMOTO, PE

Director, Engineering

Derek Karimoto is a registered Civil Engineer in California and Arizona and leads as the Director of Engineering for N Consulting Engineering. Derek provides support to project teams which includes direct communication with project managers, sub-consultants, construction managers, governmental agencies and client interaction. Derek has project management, civil engineering and construction experience spanning back to 1983 with both public and private sectors projects. Derek’s experience has been focused on many aspects of land development, water resources, construction, and project management for N Consulting Engineers projects. His areas of expertise include being in charge of public-works infrastructure improvements, utility relocation/coordination, site grading, highway design, traffic control, hydraulic and hydrology analysis, computer modeling, grading and infrastructure plans, cost estimating, and construction management. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University at Long Beach.

EDWARD NARVAEZ

Senior Project Manager

Edward Narvaez has extensive technological experience and expertise acquired over the past 17 years. Edward’s experience includes web account management, web design, software scripting, database administration, and project management. At previous companies, Edward self-taught himself multiple specialized design software’s and uses this experience to implement solutions that facilitate ease of use. Edward is also a Senior Civil Designer and Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in engineering design and 6 years in project management. His project management experience includes the design of roads, regional commercial mall developments, hotels and resorts, irrigation projects, and pipelines for water and sewage systems. Edward is responsible for quality control of documents, developing and implementing CAD standards, developing and maintaining database solutions, and coordinating resources for projects.

Arya K. Nakhjavani

Director of Operations

Arya Khan Nakhjavani serves as Director of Operations for the company and is adept within a wide range of expertise. His skills include business consulting, economics and finance, real estate development, project management, risk analysis, computational statistics, and network and server administration. In addition, Arya heads the firm's research into emerging and disruptive technologies. This research focuses in the various application of emerging and disruptive technologies and the benefits and use-cases for our clients and partners. Prior to joining EKN, Arya worked as a financial analyst for an investment bank in New York City. In addition to this, Arya is a Top 100 published author for Seeking Alpha and continues to publish papers specializing in Initial Public Offerings (19th), Cryptocurrencies (42nd), Commodities and Complex Derivatives (47th), Short Thesis (83rd), and Technology (97th). Arya graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance.
